Local Insiders: PES Group Webinar series

17.00 - 18.00

What's really happening on the ground in European politics?

Join us for the second edition of “Local insiders”, a webinar series bringing together young, elected leaders across Europe to debate about European topics and their local dimensions.

In this session, we will hear from speakers from Hungary, Slovenia, and Italy as they achieved recent political turning points from Orbán's defeat to the recent campaign on the justice referendum in Italy and the election outcome and political implications in Slovenia.

This “local insiders” will analyse the narratives used by the socialist parties and its opponents and offers you the chance to go beyond headlines, ask questions, and connect the dots between local realities and broader European trends.

Whether you're a campaigner, a policy enthusiast, or simply curious about what progressives are facing across the continent, this hour is for you.
